Hospitality and food at Andaz is outstanding. We stayed there for couple of days. The experience was memorable and we were served by Kaushik with warmth and professionalism. Sonia took care of the room pretty well. There were many thoughtful and personal gestures. Keep up the good work.

This was a fantastic stay - the staff were all super helpful, kind, and friendly from check-in, to breakfast, to check-out. The hotel itself is very nice in a great location. so we were upgraded to larger, even nicer room. . Breakfast was a very expansive buffet with many types of dishes available Housekeeping was amazing as when I came back I saw some almonds near my bed. I was quite happy as I felt like am at my home. Special thanks to housekeeping staff and Sonia.

This is my third visit at the Andaz hotel and every time it only gets better. Cleanliness upkeep and facilities were very good, but what stands out the most and what makes a guest feel welcomed is the staff that work there. Right from check in to check out - every single team member - on the floor, in the business area,s, at restaurants and reception and even the door man - were exceptional. Their service came from their hearts. It was evident that they were not just doing their duty. They were happy helping and guiding you all along. If you asked for directions, they would walk you to the place you want to go and not just point out the direction. Overall superb. I shall go back there again.

Great experience at our first staycation here in Delhi. Beautiful property and very warm grade A hospitality. Tastefully done interiors with emphasis on everything to love about Delhi. Runway view rooms (Ours was 573) were a nice fun component. Enjoyed watching the flights take off with the kids. Special thanks to Raman Deep who personally ensured that we had a nice stay attending to our multiple small needs always with a smile :-) Would love to visit more Andaz properties everyehere!!

I love staying here for business, the beds are so comfy, the rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Perfect for catching up on sleep after travelling! The hotel is close to Aerocity if you’d like to pop out and get some food but the room service is delicious. A special thank you to Sonia from Housekeeping service who helped me regarding tv issues and placed some goodies in my room.
